I Survived WEMF 2008!!!
Tuesday, 22 July 2008 09:46

I have returned, and it was one of the best of the now 7 World Electronic Music Festivals I have ever been to.

Andy-C destroyed the place, the sound was amazing, the lighting was amazing, the weather was amazing.  I am sad to see WEMF end as we know it.

Check Out My YouTube Videos:

Game Review: Mass Effect for PC
Monday, 30 June 2008 14:17

To sum it up,  "WOW".  I skipped this game on my XBOX360 due to the reported control issues.  I have a difficult enough time playing FPS games on the 360 due to my long history with PC gaming (Half-Life on Dual Monster 3D Voodoo 2 cards to give you a hint).  The PC version has evidentally remedied these shortcomings and delivered an explosive title that cannot be missed.

I cannot say enough good things about this game.  It is an interactive movie that enfolds based on your social decisions.   It pulls you in and doesn't let go.  The storyline is engrossing, the graphics are breathtaking, and the action is thrilling.  I played through all the side-missions and ended up with about 40 hours of game play.  As I understand it, there are many different ways I could have gone about this game.

I just finished the game and I already want to replay through it differently.  Bioware is planning a free release of the "Bring Down the Sky" downloadable content that was released for XBox Live. This adds new missions and scenarios to explore.

Go out and buy it.  I did.  It's worth it.
